Terms and Conditions
By registering for the Screening Premier organised by Dementia Singapore, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration & Attendance
- Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email.
- This screening preview is complimentary and intended for registered participants only.
- Dementia Singapore reserves the right to refuse admission to any participant who is not registered or does not meet event requirements.
2. Event Changes
- Dementia Singapore reserves the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel the event at its discretion, including changes to date, time, venue, programme content, or speakers.
- In the event of cancellation or changes, registered participants will be notified via email.
3. Photography & Videography
- Photographs, audio recordings, and/or video recordings may be taken during the event for documentation and publicity purposes.
- By attending the event, participants consent to the use of such recordings by Dementia Singapore for marketing, publicity, and reporting purposes across digital and print platforms.
4. Personal Data Protection
- Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for event administration, communication, and related purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.
- Dementia Singapore will not disclose participants’ personal data to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content shown during the screening preview, including but not limited to videos, visuals, and presentation materials, remains the intellectual property of Dementia Singapore or its respective rights holders.
- Recording, reproduction, or distribution of event content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability
- Dementia Singapore shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by participants arising from or in connection with attendance at the event, except where required under Singapore law.
7. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Dementia Singapore reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
